General Conditions of Use
PREAMBLE
The company SARL La Sanglière offers on the website "http://www.domaine-sangliere.com/" (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), an electronic marketplace, allowing non-professional individuals (hereinafter referred to individually as "the Customer") to enter into a relationship with the wine producer (hereinafter referred to individually as "the Seller") and to place orders with the latter.
Sales made by the Seller and the Customer are governed by the General Conditions of Sale which must also be accepted by the Customer at the time of each order. These General Conditions of Use supplement the General Conditions of Sale.
These General Conditions of Use may be subject to subsequent modifications; the version applicable to the Customer's purchase is that in force on the Site on the date the order is placed.
SARL La Sanglière invites the Customer to read the General Conditions of Sale by clicking on the “General Conditions of Sale” tab.
1. PURPOSE
The purpose of these General Conditions of Use is to define the conditions under which SARL La Sanglière makes available to Customers the platform allowing the Customer to purchase products directly from the Seller.
2. DESCRIPTION OF THE ELECTRONIC MARKETPLACE
The Site allows the Customer to contact the Seller in order to place orders for products and pay the price of said products directly to the latter.
Transactions carried out via the Site, relating to the purchase of products by the Customer, are concluded directly between the Customer and the Seller.

In the event of non-compliance with these General Conditions of Use, La Sanglière reserves the right to temporarily or permanently interrupt access to the Site for the Customer concerned.
3. ACCESS TO THE ELECTRONIC MARKETPLACE
The Client's access to the electronic marketplace is reserved for personal and private use.
To use the Site, the Customer must accept these General Conditions of Use without restriction or reservation. This acceptance is materialized by a validation “click” when registering on the Site.
When opening this account, the Customer must provide the data allowing his identification. The Customer undertakes to provide only accurate information, then to inform La Sanglière without delay of any change affecting them, by sending a simple email to La Sanglière by email to the address: commercial@domaine-sangliere.com.
4. USE OF THE ELECTRONIC MARKETPLACE
Once the Customer has accessed the Site and identified himself, he can select the products he wishes to order and thus fill his “basket”.
He can at any time remove products from his "basket" or modify the quantities of the products by clicking on the icons provided for this purpose. Once the products have been selected, the Customer can validate his "basket" by clicking on the "finalize the order" icon.
In order to definitively validate his order, the Customer must click on the “finalize the order” icon and is then first invited to accept the General Conditions of Sale by checking the corresponding box.
The Customer definitively validates his order by payment. The order will only be final upon payment of the corresponding full price.
The Customer will receive, once his order is finalized, a confirmation email to the address indicated when creating his account. This email will confirm the essential elements of the order and in particular the products, the prices of these products.
5. PERSONAL DATA
La Sanglière collects personal data concerning the Customer on the Site, including through cookies installed on the Customer's computer, to which the Customer gives his consent by accepting these General Conditions of Use.
The roles of the cookies set up by the Site are as follows:
- Verify the identity of the Customer during their browsing,
- Record any information relating to the Customer’s navigation on the Site.
La Sanglière cannot guarantee the optimal functioning of the Site if the user refuses to receive cookies.
To modify the settings relating to their cookies, the Customer must go to the help menu of their browser.
To learn more about the cookies used by the company La Sanglière and to modify the settings relating to its cookies, the user is invited to consult the cookies policy of La Sanglière by clicking on the link provided for this purpose at the bottom of the home page of the Site.
The data collected by La Sanglière is used to process orders placed on the Site and to manage the Customer's account.
At the same time, by accepting these General Terms of Use, the Customer authorizes that his personal data be transmitted only to the seller. Consequently, the Customer agrees to receive communications (commercial prospecting letters, newsletters, promotional offers)
The Customer may unsubscribe at any time by accessing his account, by clicking on the hyperlink provided for this purpose at the bottom of each offer received by email or by sending an email to the address: commercial@domaine-sangliere.com.
Subject to the reservations set out above and for which the Client gives his agreement by accepting these General Conditions of Use, the Client's data is kept confidential by La Sanglière in accordance with its declaration made to the National Commission for Information Technology and Civil Liberties under number 1946964v0, for the needs of the contract, its execution and in compliance with the law.
At any time, the Customer has the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning him/her (Article 34 of the “Informatique et Libertés” law of 6 January 1978) by registered mail accompanied by a copy of his/her identity card to the company La Sanglière at the following address:

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the Site, whatever their form, including its technology, are protected by copyright and trademark law.
These elements are the exclusive property of La Sanglière. Any person who publishes a website and wishes to create a direct hyperlink to the Site must request La Sanglière's authorization in writing.
This possible authorization from La Sanglière will not be granted definitively under any circumstances. This link must be removed at the request of La Sanglière.
7. RESPONSIBILITY
La Sanglière cannot be held liable in any way for non-performance or poor performance of contractual obligations attributable to the Customer, particularly when entering their order.
La Sanglière assumes all responsibility with regard to the sales concluded by the Customer on the Seller's Site, in particular with regard to the delivery, conformity and quality of the products sold.
Any complaints relating to comments appearing on the product description or to product deliveries will be redirected to the Seller, who will assume full and sole responsibility in this regard.
The photos of the products appearing on the Site are provided by the Seller under his responsibility.
8. APPLICABLE LAW
French law alone is applicable to these General Conditions of Use.
Any dispute, whatever its nature, may be submitted to the jurisdiction of the place of residence of the Customer.
